My trainer went to a bachelor party this weekend.

Dude, I mean, like 80% of your job is motivating people. Checking out Monday after the party is a bad look. So my Monday begins with the am crew.

i’d give him a pass for that one.  if it was just a sunday of too much drinking then yea, they guy might need to get his shit together, but a bachelor party isn;t a common event.  what he should have done was tied you to an office chair and had you run him around the gym like a horse and carrage.  if you go to slow the projectile vomiting my get on you so you would need to keep a fast pace.
